AFTER EXTRACTION
1. Open https://www.votemotta2028.com/campaign-platform-beta/admin.php?updated=130
2. Sign in with the existing administrator password.
3. Find “Synchronize five YouTube videos for each health profile.”
4. Open Health sync diagnostics first.
5. Confirm the YouTube API key is available. The patch can safely reuse the
   existing key stored in the sibling thabo-ray-accountability application.
6. Select “Synchronize all health profiles.” Leave the page open until all
   profiles report 5 / 5 stored videos.
7. Open the public health section:
   https://www.votemotta2028.com/campaign-platform-beta/?updated=130#health-evidence
8. Press Ctrl+F5 once.

The server selects five public embeddable videos per profile from the official
YouTube channel. It scores the latest eligible uploads against each specialty
and preserves the previous successful cache when a later sync fails.
