ONE SIMPLE UAP DISCLOSURE BILL — DRAFT TEMPLATE

Section 1. Short Title.
This Act may be cited as the UAP Public Evidence, Witness Protection, and Oversight Act.

Section 2. Purpose.
To ensure lawful review, declassification where appropriate, whistleblower protection, and public reporting regarding unidentified anomalous phenomena affecting air, sea, space, and national-security domains.

Section 3. Public Evidence Review.
The President shall direct a whole-of-government review of UAP records and publish a public index of releasable records.

Section 4. Witness Protection.
No military, intelligence, contractor, aviation, maritime, or civilian witness may be retaliated against for lawful UAP reporting.

Section 5. Scientific and Energy Claims.
Claims regarding advanced propulsion, zero-point energy, or recovered technology must be reviewed through lawful scientific, engineering, security, and evidence-chain processes.

Section 6. No Pork.
This bill shall contain no unrelated spending, earmarks, or hidden provisions.
